I have barely 2 weeks left before the April 3rd 21-Km 2XU Compression Run in Singapore. I have done a solid base of strength-training and a fair amount of cardio-vascular endurance since the start of the year, but I still need to work on my speed. In short, I’m cramming! So yesterday morning, I did 8 x 200 meter repeats in the track oval. Another great thing about it is that it only took me 34 minutes to complete the entire training, including warm-up and cool-down!
